What is the best way to import your Outlook address book into Maximizer.

Export your information from Outlook as a CSV file and import it into Maximizer.

Go to File -> Import -> Address Book Entries

I paid a consultant to tell me to use a .txt/tab deliminated file - there were some nuances when we used csv files as another consultant recommended (cutting off/losing data, etc.). I've tried both and now use the tab deliminated.txt method.We never could get the notes to upload though. Good luck!

Yeah, CSV can be a problem if there are "rogue" commas contained within the file you're trying to import from. Each format has its own pros and cons.
