Inconsistent MaxFeed results

Just purchased/installed MaxFeed 2.5
Max.11CRM Group installed on Win 2008 R2 server
Max. WS installed on Win XP workstation
maxFeed installed on workstation

Each contact in database has a unique customer number key. This is our MaxFeed Client Key.
When updating a UDF with data in a list of 151 contacts, 70% works fine, and some import records actually update the UDF of the contact which is next in the import file. Some updates don't happen at all.

Any insights?

Reasons for records not being imported can usually be found by inspection of the log file. They are usually a combination of issues with your data or the field handling you have defined.

You can also check the reject file to inspect more easily the records that failed to import
