Installing Maximizer CRM 11

I finally managed to get Maximizer 11 to load but when I try to open it for the first time I get the following error message:

"The procedure entry point NameNeedsQuotes for SMTP could not be located in the dynamic link library Mxmail97.dll"

I did have Maximizer 7 installed previously which I uninstalled before loading the new one.

How can I fix this?

hi
search for the specified dll,mxmail97.dll
on getting that just rename it as mxmail97.old,do not delete it.

Hello,

I tried renaming but still get the same error message. Is this file from my old Maximizer? Should I try uninstalling the new Maximizer, installing the old Maximizer and starting over?

I wasn't able to have the new Maximizer automatically uninstall my Maximizer 7 as I received a message to do it manually instead.

I had copied the file into program files thinking this would help. I deleted the copy and Maximizer opened!

New problem, its asking for a user id and password which I don't recall setting up. I will try my customer code to see if that works

I'm new to maximizer and had been using version 7 before as well. Now when I install Maximizer 11 on my computer and try to open it, this exact message pops up for me.

I uninstalled both versions and started over only to have the same problem. Did anyone have a solution to this?
