We have many questions. We have three different offices throughout USA and Canada. Total of 10 to 20 people at each location. We wish to begin using Maximiser but have a number of issues. Please help!
1. We wish to have our incoming email enquiries enter directly into Maximiser from the form that contacts fill out on the web. (We don't want to download them daily and import them as a batch if possible.)
2. With incoming calls, we want out TAPI compliant phone system to look up ALL phone number entries of contacts and when it has a match to check the sales person asociated with that entry and send the call to his desk as well as screenpop maximiser at the right contact on his PC.
Does anyone know of add-ons which might do these things correctly?
Which version of Maximiser do we need.?

MaxFeed can be automated via the command line to import from emails, and also deduplicate incase of any duplicate entries.

As for the phone options, we could produce a custom application to do this for you?
