Internet Explorer 7

Good Afternoon. In order for Maximizer 9.0 to support Internet Explorer 7.0 you must have Maximizer 9 Service Release 2 installed. This SR requires that all previous updates be installed (you should have a series number of 1618 to install it).

I am still quite confused about what I should be downloading here. I am using Maximizer 9 not Enterprise. When following the link that you provided the bottom page states:

APPLIES TO
• Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 1 - Series 1552
• Maximizer Enterprise 9 Hot Fix 1 for Service Release 1 - Series 1605
• Maximizer Enterprise 9 Hot Fix 2 for Service Release 1 - Series 1609
• Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Pack 1 for Service Release 1 - Series 1618
and the title of this page reads: Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 2

I do not see anywhere here that is says that it applies to Maximizer 9.

Also, I cannot find a SR 2 for Max 9 only a SR 1. On the customer support page there is a heading stating Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Compatibility. This page only make mention of SR 1 as well for Maximizer 9.

Can you please direct me to this Service Release 2 for Maximizer 9?

There is no SR2 for Max9 (not yet, anyway). You want SR1.

To see if you already have it, launch Max9 and choose

Help > About Maximizer

If you are running Series 1633 then your copy has already been patched.

Series: 1618 SP1
Build Number: 690

So I will download the SP1 again.
P.S. Gord are you successfully using Max 9 with IE 7?
I don't want these scripting problems again, was a pain in the butt!

SP1 (Series 1618) and SR1 (Series 1633) are two different revisions. You need the latter - see my link, above.

Not personally, no. I tend to work more with the Maximizer Enterprise products.
