Please help! I am working a contact to assist a client with managing his contacts. I was able to sync the contacts into Max 11 but many of the fields are not showing correctly no matter what I do.
Some contacts the phone mapping is also off no matter how correctly I match them according to the CRM user guide...
The main issue is the 'home address' of the client's is not showing. They are individuals not companies (my client is an accountant) so the addresses are not on the default 'business address' section.
Can anyone please help or direct me to someone who can? I really need the contacts to read exactly as they do in Outlook 2010 as I have invested over one month in getting the contacts into Outlook 2010 in the correct format...this is the last step of my contact.
