I am new to Maximizer and would like to learn quickly how to use this software to make my business more efficient.Does any one have any beginner study guide, videos,audios,tips etc.?

I'd contact Maximizer directly, or look for a business partner. CABC is a business partner who hosts this site, and you can do a Google search for others. One who is local to you and knows your industry would be ideal - but it's not likely you'll get everything in one package.
Maximizer's training material is very feature oriented. It might be an idea to start with that, then work through "a day in the life" that would be typical for you, using the sample databases provided and looking at how the Max features would work for you.
You can also spend some time reading through this forum, and reviews of Max, Act and Goldmine on the web. The things that make Act and Goldmine useful to others will be found in Max, but of course as a loyal Max user I think Max does it all better!

Thanks for your reply. I am an Act user and I am pretty comfortable for me.I am trying to move up and use something with more functions.
