Label Printing Names Twice

Using max 9. In adress book print labels and the name comes up twice with no spaces in the 1st name

Good Afternoon,

If you click File>>Preferences in Maximizer and then select the Format tab you can edit the layout of merge fields used for address label formatting.

If you have names repeating its likely that you have either multiple fields or similar fields (such as {First Name?} and {Full Name?}).
