Locked windows in custom view?

In Classic and Outlook view, there are panes within the window that are all locked together. Is it possible to create do this with a custom views in Enterprise 8.0 (or later versions)?

The custom views I created seem to just have a bunch of floating windows.

[Sorry for the basic questions...I've been using Maxmizer for 5 years and this is kind of my first chance to get some feedback]
