Lost master password

I did a reinstall of my server with 2012r2 rather than 2008r2. I reinstalled Maximizer 12 group. I start to restore the databases in SQL. I connect to them fine they are in the list. But when I go to open it wants credentials. We previously just opened Maximizer and it worked. Master and control password do not work for my databases..only on the sample database. So now what are my options??

If I don't have this fixed by Tuesday my client will not be happy.
