Mail/Merge and labels

I'm trying to print labels from my Address Book to an Avery 5160 sheet of them. I can't seem to use Word or the Avery Wizard because both want me open a database before getting to the point of inserting merge fields from Maximizer. Is there a document explaining this somewhere or does someone know how to do this?
