MAX 10 can not connet to local book address

I have a pc with MAX 10 workstation, and it can connet to global list, but when I try to connect to local database, it said "Maximizer is not installed on your machine or is not available at the moment." I open sql server management studio express and can see the database is there, however, from server login I could not find max-default user, this might be the problem. so I uninstall all sql server express and max 10 workstation, and reinstall max 10 again, I still could not connect to the local database. This time the login user only has sa, nt authority\system, builtin\administrator, builtin\user. So, my problem is how can I clean reinstall max 10 and can connect to both global and local. Or I need to add some user for sql login as default? Thanks for any hint and suggestion?

It is likely that if you are having this problem there are other issues on your computer caused by the installation of other SQL components or possibly a broken .net installation.

In the circumstance I would normally strip off Maximizer and its SQL instance and attempt to install SQL express from the 3rd party folder within the kit manually. This is a process which will generally show up error messages and is not intended to create an instance of SQL that Maximizer could use. Fix the problems then re-install Maximizer. This can be quite a fiddly process and if you are not familiar with SQL server installations you may require assistance.

I can remove the old sqlserver and reinstall it without any problem. And I also didn't get any error message while I reinstall Sqlserver express.

If Maximizer is not creating escona tutorial database at the end of the installation then there are still problems which are likely to be related to an issue with the SQL server.
