Max 10 Entrepreneur - missing favorite lists...

I have just upgraded from Max 8 Prof. to Max 10 Entrepreneur and whilst on the whole the address book seems to have converted correctly I am having an issue with the favorite lists...
All of the favorite lists are present in the list but none of them have any entries saved to them. Is there any way to retrieve this data from my back up of the Max 8 address book???
Help with this would be much appreciated!
