I have a user where her Maximizer opens to "Company Library" instead of "Address Book". I tried

Prefrences > Window > Window Settings > Reset Default Layout

no change

I then opened Address book

then Prefrences > Window > Window Settings > Save Settings on Exit

No change

The above steps have worked for other users where Maximizer opens in e-mail instead of address book.

Am I missing anything?

This is probably due to some sort of problem with old information stored in the users CURRENT_USER registry settings for Maximizer.

First try the Window, Window settings, reset default layout. This should resolve the problem however, if it doesn't in these circumstances I would suggest that someone with suitable experience of directly editing the registry clears all information in the current user section relating to Maximizer or Multiactive. Only do this if you are confident about making changes in the registry as doing this incorrectly could seriously damage the operation of your computer!

This will reset all screen layout settings in the registry.
