MAX 5.0 Ent. Username Greyed out

Hi

We are using Maximizer 5.0 Ent on Windows Terminal Server so remote users can use the application. The backend database is SQL 6.5. The problem is that for the last few days when remote users log in, they can't change the user name, which is greyed out and set to MASTER. All they cna do is change the password. Other users who use Maximizer on their PCs do not have this problem.Please advise
