Hi,

doing our first email campaign to our clients, which is why we bought the pesky program. Two issues when we use the Editor function to merge an email template to several contacts:

1) the font on the receipient's side is Times New Roman even though the letter is Arial, 10 pt. This needs to be conistent w/the rest of our correspondence, which is all Arial, 10 pt.

2) It includes the sender's name (a specified field) to the first person on the list, but then it drops the sender's name off the email to everyone after the first person.

3) It merges with the company file even though I checked contacts only and only the contacts were highlighted in the address screen.

Any help will be much appreciated!
