Max 7 - No records returned when searching on Creation Date

Search - All Fields - Add - Creation Date ... defaults to today's date for both From & to.

Change the "From" date to same day but year = 1923 using the drop-down box (should select all Address Book entries, right?).

No records are returned and I get that "boop" failure sound. Doesn't matter what date range I select or if I add a brand new entry and simply leave the defaults of today's date for From & To untouched.

Yet I can add Creation Date to my View and see it for every record. A colleague gets this on his system too. Any ideas?

There's nothing on the Max Support web site.

kind of a dumb thing to ask but did you make sure you were not in the Opportunity module or clicked on documents tab? What Version SQL or Pervasive?

Pervasive DB 7.94 ... was in main Address Book.

When you open the control center is there a view for Address book? If so look in and see what the create date is for your records, perhaps something weird happened during a backup or something. Have you tried putting a real date range in like dec 1 2001 to dec 1 2002 rather that a ridiclous date like 1923 in?

No Views at all in Pervasive Control Center.

"Real" dates don't work - I tried adding a new entry, then right away doing the Search and accepting the default From/To dates, which were the date I created the record. Nothing returned.

I also tried some date ranges in between today & 1923 - still nothing returned.

Does it work for you?
