I have condigured Maximizer 8 and Outlook 2003 to integrate calendars. If I create an appointment for myself in Max, it syncs to Outlook no problem. However, if I create an appointment for another user, that appointment doesn't show up in their calendar.

For example:

I create an appointment for myself and include 2 other users as "Other users to attend". The appointment shows up in everyone's calendar on Max, but it only syncs to my Outlook calendar. None of the other users show the appointment in Outlook even though it is clearly on their Max calendar.

Why is that and how do I fix it?
