Yes, I know. 1st called waited 45+ minutes, had to hang up. 2nd call got through after 1 hour, tech rep had no idea what to do. So now, per his request, sending emails, but, surprise, no replies. Great program when working correctly, installation always seems to have issues (this is my 3rd Maximizer installation go around). Tech support overworked. Company policy seems to be get customers to pay tech support.
Work around to my pipeline issue is: copy pipeline report.rpt from c:\program files\maximizer\maxdata6 and put into c:\documents and settings\owner\my documents\maximizerreports. Note folder names and locations may be different if not using "c" drive or standard installation. Now pipeline also shows up under Crystal Reports - Personal.
Now, I need to get Crystal reports installed, getting key code error. And, need update for Palm TX. Oh well....
