Max 9 HANGS when trying to Open second time

Hello,

I installed Max 9 onto a second system and moved the Address Books from a different system to this new system. When I Open MAX 9 for the First Time and go into Address Book it works fine but when I close MAX and then later try to Open MAX, it just HANGS at the MAX Screen. The Only way to get around this is to "REBOOT" the system and then MAX will Open again...

Any thoughts???
