Max 9 installs without OrderDesk

I've tried installing Max 9 on my home machine.
Disabled all but WinXP Pro SP2 essential services and ran Setup.
Everything went without errors, except when it was over, there was no OrderDesk Icon or any of the associated functions in Max 9.
I've talked to support, followed their suggestions, but nothing they said helped.

I've checked dll files in:
C:\Program Files\Maximizer\MaData6\Plug-ins\BPWindow folder and they're there.
Those are: MxAccnt.dll OrderDesk.dll and OrderList.dll. No uderscores and I have full rights.
Has anybody else experienced this behaviour?
