Hi,
Today we attempted an upgrade from Max Personal 8 to Max Enterprise 9.5 Pervasive. The install went well up to the point where the new PLNs for Max Ent and Pervasive were added.

After adding the our 5-user PLNs via the Administrator and opening our target addressbook as described on pgs 67-69 of the Admin Guide, Maximizer will not allow any more than one user to login. When viewing the number of applied licences under Reports > Current Users, none of the PLNs entered earlier have been applied to this address book.

Please help as we are very dependent on Max and we cannot function in single user mode.
