Max Entrepreneur 12 Outlook integration problem

Hi, I just loaded ME12 on a new win 7 laptop with Office 2010. Everything on the Outlook integration is working fine except syncing from max to outlook. I've created a favorite list for syncing, Added contact to it, but nothing happens. I feel like I'm missing something simple. Any suggestions out there?? I have attached a screen shot of my outlook integration page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Gary,

The settings look fine.

If you are getting no synchronisation at all please check that you are using the 32 bit edtion of Office 2010 as the 64bit version is not yet supported.

I'm getting hotlist and calendar sync. I can use the add on buttons to save an outlook email to a max contact, and save an outlook contact to max, but I can't just do a contact sync either way...?? Very frustrating...
