Hello, will the now discontinued Max for Handheld PCs sync with Max Enterprise 7.5?

No it won't work with Maximizer7.5 you can join a number of users who would like to see this functionality by contacting suggestions@maximizer.com

One solution is to use a 3rd party product CPS MaxOut at http://www.cp-systems.com.au/. It enables you to sync with Outlook including HotListTasks and then use Active Sync to sync with Pocket Outlook
