I have a site which has just installed max Ent 9.5. When a second workstation tries to access the Maximizer database they get the following message:

You do not have emough licenses. You have a 0 license pack

I have checked the license count in the administrator & they have 3 licenses. Any ideas? TIA

We have the same issue when upgrading from Max Personal 8 to ME9.5 pervasive. Our issue revolves around a 5 user licence set.

Any thoughts anyone?

(Apologies for any potential duplication, I started another thread on this subject before I saw this one)
A followup from my comments yesterday: the root cause off this problem occurs after the PLN's have been added:
¬DO NOT OPEN any of the sample databases before you open your main address books.¬ If you do the licence is not applied to the samples nor any other address book afterwards. Only open your main address books from the Administrator first.

The only way to back out from this situation is to uninstall/reinstall the MaxEnt software.

I will post this as a bug with Maxmimzer.

Hope this helps.
Guys, have you checked the Pervasive License Count? When you are installing a Maximizer system based on Pervasive there are two licenses, one for Maximizer and one for Pervasive.

Run the Pervasive License Administrator on the machine you've setup as the Gateway and ensure that it has the correct number of licenses applied.
