Sure - go to each entry in the error list and assign a Priority value between 1 and 5. In future, when you create a Hot List task, assign it a Priority value between 1 and 5. You could even, within Max, set up user-defined values of 1,2,3,4 and 5 for Priority and delete any others that are present.

This is not a false error. Max allows a large number of user-defined values for the Priority field. The Palm doesn't - it allows 1,2,3,4 or 5 only. When you do the sync, it's the Palm side of things that is having problems with the flexibility Max provides.
