Max Mobile stops working...

Hi. I am running one computer with win 7, maximizer 11 and max mobile. my max mobile has gone offline, and I'm struggling to get it going again. I see iis home page when I type localhost in browser, so it looks like that is running ok. I have restarted my website in iis service. rebooted all equipment, turned off firewall... not sure what else to try??

any suggestions would be great!
