I have used several CRM's in the past and for whatever reason, I can't figure out Maximizer's importing system. This was extremely easy with ACT. Maybe there is something right in front of me...
Problem: My colleague and I have separate, stand alone versions of Max 8 which we store our sales information.
We would simply like to back up our individual versions on a CD/external drive and then transfer/import our updated information to ensure we both have current records.
I would import her backed up database and vice versa.
I have figured out how to back up contact records only through XML, but what about notes, etc.? We can't figure this out...
Any insights would be much appreciated...
