A friend just somehow linked my Max CMR 11 to my Outlook 2010 and I do not want it that way. How do I undo this?

i would go into your "preferences" and uncheck any references to outlook.
Did that worked for you? Because I want same setting for my machine.

I am currently using Outlook so I have not removed it's connectivity. You can try changing your preferences, close and reopen MXZ and see if the changes are what you want. If not, you can just change it back...

There are several ways Outlook may be integrated with Maximizer several of them will have no effect if you do not actually use the feature even though its configured.
If you are refering to calendar synchronisation then this is controlled in your preferences on the Outlook Synchronisation tab.
If you are referring to email integration in Maximizer this does not actually do anything even when configured unless you ask it to do something so there is little to turn off.
If you are referring to Maximizer email integration buttons that appear in outlook these again should have no effect unless you use them but are an installation option and have some settings in preferences/system defaults/other options
