Max9 Favorite Lists and Outlook Sync

We need to sync our Maximizer contacts to Outlook. I understand that we need to first save a favorite list, however there are a few questions I have:

1. Is there any way to automatically add any new entries to a favorite list, so that if we do a daily sync it will include any new entries? Otherwise we have to manually add new entries to favorite list every day?

2. Is there any way to create and sync distribution lists (like in Outlook)?

3. Do Maximizer and Outlook both have to be open to sync?
