MaxExchange intermittantly goes out of synch..

Hi all.. Max 9 enterprise, up to date with all fixes etc.. One main office computer running the server, hosting the shared dbase and being used as a Max client.. one laptop used by an assistant .. usually entering data into Maximizer..

Network Transport being used.. its happened twice now that Max has just decided to go out of synch.. my friend will tell me she's having problems, Ill pop over and find a bunch of transport files sitting in the dirs and Max tells me later packets have been processed.. and do I want to process these earlier ones..

any tips or tricks as to why it does this?

really appreciate this forum being here, and the folks that keep helping those less clued-in..
