You will need to remove them from the distribution list. This will create a remove user transaction. Then Syncronize. This will run that remove transaction. At that point you can remove the hex folders.

I can't seem to get MaxExchange to syncronize. I keep getting an "Error Code 132" error.

Status 132 is "The file has reached its size limit". Are any of the files in your Address Book folder greater than 4GB in size?

The only file over 4.o GB is in the Outbox on the MaxExchange server.

Yikes! That sounds awfully big for a packet file, even uncompressed.

Let's see if maxman has any ideas. Otherwise, you'll probably have to get in touch with a Multiactive Business Partner in your area, or possibly Multiactive Support themselves.

Yikes indeed, 4 gigs sitting in your outbox? Error 132 is an exceeded file limit error. Maximizer files only eg. MXZx.MAX therefore will not be affected by the amount of packets in your outbox.(even though your poor remotes will be downloading for a year) Check the size of your documents file MXZL.MAX, and your transaction file MZXTRANS.MAX. What version are you runnin? In client server or in peer to peer? How many remotes? Any objection to deleting your transaction file?

We are runnin' MaxExchange v. 5.5 with btrieve v.7.x. We have approximately 10 users, only 4 or 5 are really using it heavily. We are in client server. I just got involved with this project so I'm pretty green. I will check into the file sizes and transaction file deletion.
