Our MaxExchange server will not synch up with our remote users. I want to make a remote user a local user, but there are items on his laptop that haven't been synchronised via MaxExchange. How do I make the remote user a local user and also merge all of his new data with the existing database since the MaxExchange is not working?

What do you mean by it won't synch with your laptops?

What happens when you press process packets?

Does say 'collecting packets' then goes to idle? does it just sit there doing nothing? does it display a multitude of error messages?

Have you tried a command line FTP to establish wether it is faulty software or faulty Network Communication?

What versions of Maximizer and Max Exchange are you using? Which Operating system?

It is possible to get your user changed to a LAN user, but is the reason you want to do this because Max Exchange won't work?
