Hope some one can help...
We had some users who were seeing an error (code 11) come up when they open our main address book. After searching Maximizer's knowledge base, I came across an article that says this could be due to using UNC and mapped drive to access the address book folder.
So I moved the address book to a different location on the server and selected the new address book in MaxExchange site manager. But when I go to process packets, it just sits there saying 'Processing...'
All FTP access is working and it is receiving packets, but not processing them.
Any idea?
