If you are saying that you have a remote that will no longer be travelling and from this point forward will be a LAN connected Workstation. Then the data you speak of is already on the server do one more syncronization. Remove that user from the distribution list and create a DSN to the database.

If the user has his own database that is or has not been synchronized. Create a DSN to your main database and use the transfer feature to move the data from the remotes machine to the main database.
Hi,

Looking down the page it seems that you have a few problems with Maxexchange! About four posts worth!

Maxexchange servers are very rarely so broken that the data cannot be put back into the system.

I think what you need to tell us how the Maxexchange server is broken? what does it do or not do that you think it should do? smile

If the server is completly broken then we may be able to create a new server on a another machine temporarily to get the system going again. Do you know why the system broke? Server crash? Change of Email client? Change of IP address?

If the server is utterly broken and cannot be repaired then I would suggest that with a little advice then the databases can be merged and then duplicated using Maxfeed.

Cheers
