Can anyone advise about troubleshooting a MaxExchange Remote site that's not synchronizing?
I have four remote users - three of them are working fine. The last one, though (who also, unfortunately happens to be 3000km away from me at the moment) has updated records, and runs his MaxExchange Synchronization (Process Packets) function twice daily, but the logs show that he hasn't connected in 2 weeks.
It appears to be doing something when he sync's, but no data is making it through.
I don't know if it's pertinent, but I had him look in
Maximizer/MaxExchange/INBOX/Trnsp
and
Maximizer/MaxExchange/OUTBOX/Trnsp
and they're both empty.
On the server, the INBOX folder for his site is empty, but the OUTBOX folder has some files that I suspect are packets.
Can anyone suggest an avenue to pursue?
