I am having several problems my database is 4.5GB and when I sent out a refresh(local area LAN 100Mps) to a distribution site (I tried to send it out in one large packet but it bombed on decompression so I had to break it up into packets to 100mb size). that contains all groups and all teams . I was expecting to see my whole database but I’m missing a couple of thousand records. All my contacts are tagged for MaxExchange Distribution. I have attempted a backup and restore several times but I still get the same results. Anyone else having similar problems.

Ensure that HF1 and HF2 are applied to the server machine. Try re-sending the refresh to see if that takes care of the problem. I can't remember off the top of my head, but I think there's something in HF1 that deals with incorrect refreshes.
