Hi,
I have been a Maximizer user since the original days. As a small 1 person business, I stopped buying newer versions at 12.
I have a big problem.
My computer has upgraded from XP to Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Now it has crashed.
I will need to retrieve my data and the license number to continue using Maximer.

Can anybody tell me what files I will have to retrieve to get all of the necessary information?
The hard drive is at a firm specializing in hard drive file recovery right now.

Search for a *.BAK which will be the name of your maximize CRM 12 SQL backup file, from which you can restore your data.

You'll have to identify your license information from the Maximizer business partner that you purchased it from.
