Maximiser 97is 06.15N user defined fields

I have recently been unable to edit or add anything in the "setup user defined fields"
I have logged in as master.

I can select "items" in the user defind fields,and view my previously made list and have the edit blocks Add, Modify, Del and Cancel

If I click on add, and type in text in the item block, click OK, then it does not appear in the list. If I try to edit an existing item in the "field" the line show blanc -no text showing

This happens in all the user defind fields I have created.
