Hi all!

I've been using Maximizer on and off for years....but I still dont consider myself an expert with it in the least!

I just installed Max 9.0 on my new Vista machine, and I'd like to Sync all my contacts with Outlook 2003.

Now, I'm not sure if this is correct...but what I do in Maximizer is enter a Company, and then under each company, its own list of Contacts (multiple people working for the same company).

I'd like to syncronize those Contacts into Outlook. I already pressed "Syncronise with Outlook) and now I have all the companies in my Outlook conctacts...but not the actual contacts from those companies...what am I doing wrong?

In Max create a new Favorite List; add the contacts that you want to Sync with Outlook to that Favorite list. After adding all your contacts to a Favorite List, you need to change some settings in Max.

Click on >File and select >Preferences, Select the >Outlook Sync tap, and make sure there is a tick next to the >Sync Address Book entries option.

You will see there is an option where you can >Sync Address Book entries from a Favorite List: There you can select your Favorite List from the dropdown window.

Good Luck
