I hope someone can help because Maximizer tech support has not called us back now after waiting 15 minutes on the phone and now we have left 4 messages for a call back with not 1 reply.

This is our problem:

We have installed Maximizer 10 CRM Entrepreneur on our server and on 3 workstations. We have applied our 4 user license, so when we log into administrator it shows 1 user license and 4 user license. We have only 1 address book and the licenses have been applied to that addresses book.

We are able to open the "MASTER" user as well as another user on their workstation. But when we try to connect a third user on their workstation we get the following message:
" You do not have enough licenses. You have a 1 license pack. Please see you administrator about acquiring more licenses."

This is becoming very frustrating and very costly in downtime.
