My father-in-law has a 5 user install he's having problems with. We're looking for a support resources to assess if the problems are due to the installation (they're a software company so they did it themselves), the database they imported (was from a version 7 Pervasive system) or basic Maximizer capabilities (HTML emails not keeping their formats, [problems running on Windows 7). We will also need an idea of what it will take to fix the problems, if they can be fixed at all.

Any recommendations? I've tried to get recommendations for business partners in Toronto from Maximizer themselves but they seem to ignore you unless you're buying software.
