I have a desperate Need for the ability to have a log of any and all changes that are made to notes, contacts, udfs. Creation Times and modified times.

We are having issues with a high level employee tampering with notes for the purpose of sabotaging their colleagues. This person is in a position of complete trust in the organization and a Log is essential to correcting this behaviour.

Is this something you can help with?

Yes CABC have a set of triggers for Maximizer which we market under the name Max Audit. At present these triggers primarily audit the deletion of records within Maximizer. There deployment is remarkably efficient at resolving issues where information is claimed to have gone missing. Either we can tell who deleted it or more frequently the problem miraculously goes away once users know the product is deployed.
