We upgraded to Maximizer 12 in March and have experienced problems ever since. We did purchase the install support package. Our problem is all user have issues sending email from Maximizer. Often the emails do not send for hours or at all, Max staff sent up the exchange server with our IT staff and have opened many ports within the firewalls. The screens will come up and say "email not sent" the from and/or to feild will be blank. it was once thought that our exchange server was putting a delay on emails, however we have confirmed this is not the case. The above mentioned email never get released to the server. But no issues emailing directly from Outlook.
We have been using Maximizer since the orginal edition and I'm very disappointed.
HELP!! Anyone else have this issue.

Its hard to be sure of the exact problem without checking campaign manager log files and exchange server logs. I would suggest you go back to Maximizer if they configured it for you.

On the face of it the symptons sound like the interferance of an anti-virus or anti-spam application including possibly the anti-spam within exchange. There is very little to go wrong with the campaign manager if its actually sending or attempting to send the email. Most problems relate to restrictions in the email system being used to send out the campaign.
