maximizer 13.1 and outlook how?

Hi

We are trying to get Maximizer 13.1 to work with Outlook 2013.

The issue we have is that no matter how we set it up we always get the outlook error message " The profile name is not valid. Enter a valid profile name, then clicking ok we get the Choose Profile pop up which has the correct profile name already selected, clicking OK then gives us the Outlook caution message "A program is trying to access e-,ail address information store in outlook etc etc" with the "allow accces for" and a drop down for upto 10 minutes

We want to just be able to open maximizer and it automatically connects to outlook without having to complete the above steps every time

Does anyone have any ideas?
