I was wondering if there were any issues with the installation of Maximizer 5.0 Ent with Windows 2000. The reason i ask is that i have installed it on a computer, and for some reason whenver i try and open a DSN address book the fields are blank. I know that there is information there as i can actually scroll up and down these blank fields and in the grey box below it tells me which DSN i would be linking to. I cannot figure out why this may be happening. My only suggestion is that Max 5 ent is not fully compatible with windows 2000. If this isn't the case can you suggest any other reasons as to why this might be happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

John

I'm not aware of a problem with w2000 but you could always be the first to find it!

I would see if a non-w2000 PC on the same network is OK with the same database. If its OK, next make sure Maximizer was installed on W2000 under an account will local admin rights.

By the way if your not running 5.1 you really must use SP3 of Maximizer SQL (I can provide this if needed - files in this kit have a modified date of 11 June 1999 10:24) I've seen this fix strange screen display problems and is much better than the original release containing most of the fixes in 5.1.
