You may want to remove the orderdesk and Max Alarm and Finder, if you don't use them.
Do you use the MaxAlarm and MaxFinder? If not, exit the MaxAlarm and MaxFinder programs by right clicking on them and and selecting exit (they are down by the clock in the bottom right of the screen) and delete them from your Windows startup folder (Start Menu>Programs>Startup, right click on them and select delete) so they don't reappear next time you reboot windows (more on the startup folder later)
To disable the Orderdesk, go to Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\Maximizer\Plug-ins\BPWindow and rename the folder BPWindow to something like BPWindowX, so that Maximizer doesn't recognise it.
