You would of probably found this answer searching MaxTalk or Maximizer's KB but your required to have Outlook 2003 running along side Max 7 - preferably prior to launching Max. I had checked this out when we considered upgrading to MS Office 2003 and it was this fact that led us to stay with MS Office 2000. Even Max 8 I believe has some issues with 2003 - MS changed the security!

I have been looking for a solution to this as well. Everything I am finding is pointing to the coding of the program accessing Outlook 2003, so that means Maximizer. I am running Max 8 and Outlook 2003. There has to be a way to allow Maximizer acess so this stupid popup doesn't apear every 10 minutes all day long. I can understand why Microsoft did the change, but it's a little TOO restritive in my opinion.
The answer to this is to create a custom security form and roll it out to all Outlook 2003 users that are experiencing this problem. You can set the default security in Outlook to always allow access to the users address book. The only way to do it is with a custom security form and you must be running Exchange as well. Download the Office 2003 resource kit and everything you need is in there.
