I am finding that using Outlook within Maximizer 7 results in all email being retained in the outbox. Although all settings within Outlook ensure the email is sent straight away, when in Maximizer the emails just remain in the outbox. In fact the only to get them to send is to run Outlook as a stand alone, and the emails then get sent.

This is getting very fristrating, so if anyone has any suggestions it would be most appreciated.

I was using Outlook Express and had same problem. Turned out (as per Max Tech Support) that when someonehas Outlook Express AND Outlook installed on same machine and uses Outlook Express for email, it SOMETIMES goes to the Outlook outbox and sits there. They didn't know why. The solution was to switch to Outlook and remove Outlook Express.

Perhaps if you have Outlook Express on the same machine you might try de-installing it.

Hi,

I get the same problem with Outlook XP. The solution is:
This issue was reported with Microsoft Outlook XP and occurs when the "Schedule automatic send/receive" checkbox is disabled.

Enable the "Schedule automatic send/receive" option to allow emails sent from Maximizer to be delivered:

1. Open Outlook XP.

2. Click Tools > Options and select the Mail Setup tab.

3. Click Send/Receive.

4. Enable the "Schedule automatic send/receive" checkbox found in the "When Outlook is Online" section. Click OK to save changes.
