Why don't you ask the vendor themselves? (www.maximizer.com). Not to be rude, but it is totally under Maximizer's control what comes bundled with what for what price - even if we were to say it did, you have no guarantee Maximizer will honour that statement.

If you want to know what the users think of the quality or usability of the customizatuion suite that would be a more appropriate question for this board.
